Owned and operated by Chelsea Dickens and Vincent Cisneros, Rustic Farm to Fork is a meal preparation and catering business that is dedicated to making sure the food you eat always feels like a home-cooked meal. Together Chelsea and Vincent bring over 30 years of food and service experience to your table.

As someone who has been cooking and entertaining for friends and family for most her life, Chelsea understands the preparation and time that is required to plan and execute a meal that everyone will enjoy. Chelsea and Vincent use local/Colorado top-quality and American-made ingredients as much as possible  to carefully create a variety of meal options that allow you and your family to enjoy a home-cooked meal any night of the week without the hassle.

Chelsea’s hometown in Warrenton, Virginia is where her love for food came to fruition. Starting in the restaurant business at the age of 14, entertaining and accommodating friends and family and their culinary desires has become her passion. Chelsea moved to the Vail Valley 10 years ago where she’s gained a significant amount of  hands-on experience in the food world and, through Rustic Farm to Fork, she hopes to share her Virginia favorites with you at your dinner table.

A Vail Valley native of 20 years who has grown up in the food service industry, Vincent has also worked in local restaurants since the age of 14. Season after season, Vincent has fine-tuned his culinary skills by holding a variety of Chef and Food and Beverage positions. Additionally, each season has allowed Vincent to diversify his culinary abilities to cater any event. Most importantly, all of Vincent’s experience has led him to one major focus which  is customer service.
